Part-Time or Full-Time | Pediatric Setting
Lead The Way Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy practice seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and a healthy work–life balance.
This role includes a blend of early intervention (EI) and in-clinic services, allowing therapists to build a well-rounded pediatric caseload.
Position Options
Part-Time
- 10-25 clients per week
- Hourly pay: $50/hour
- Flexible scheduling
Full-Time (Salaried)
- Caseload capped at no more than 32 children per week
- Annual salary: $80,000, based on experience
- Paid as a salary (not per visit)
What You’ll Do
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in early intervention and clinic settings
- Address areas such as:
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Fine motor and visual motor skills
- Motor planning and coordination
- Self-care and daily living skills
- Play, attention, and participation
- Collaborate with families and caregivers using a coaching-based approach
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment
- Complete documentation in a timely and efficient manner
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of practice
- Experience or interest in pediatrics and early intervention
- Strong communication and family-centered care skills
- New grads welcome – mentorship available
